Session 1 – intro to your type
In the first session, we discuss the basics of your type, what you already know about the Enneagram, and what you’d like to focus on in future sessions.
Session 2 – central themes of your type
We go over the central themes and tendencies of your type to help you understand your personality better.
Session 3 – motivations
Why do you do the things that you do? In this session, we take a deep dive into your type’s motivations.
Session 4 – growth
We will zoom in on how the Enneagram can help you grow and develop and become a better version of yourself.
Sessions are bi-weekly. Time between sessions is essential because it allows you to reflect and observe yourself in daily life, as well as apply the things you learned. Yes, I’m going to give you homework!
Knowing what your Enneagram type is is only the beginning. Understanding your type is a next step. But ultimately, the Enneagram about growth and development.
