Making sense of difference
Every international team has people working and communicating in different ways. Is it because team members come from different cultures? Or because they have different personalities? It is, of course, both.
Yet most workplace development focuses on only one side: cross-cultural training can overgeneralize, while personality assessments and coaching can overlook the influence of context.
We look at both cultural and personal differences. We want to create a more realistic understanding of what makes us different, what drives behavior, and what can help us to work together more effectively.
How change happens
Change in teams and organizations ultimately comes down to people. That’s why we emphasize the human side of change management. Lasting behavioral change happens when we address three core pillars: how people think, what they feel, and what they do.

Turning difference into growth
