Our trainings and programs
Our work together begins with clarifying your objectives and understanding what’s happening beneath the surface in your organization. From there, we design a program tailored to your context, that can consist of different types of tailored interventions:

Workshops and training
Our workshops and trainings are interactive learning experiences that create insight, awareness, and practical skills. Whether on-site or online, they are designed to be engaging, reflective, and grounded in real-life situations — without oversimplification or clichés.
Most importantly, participants leave knowing what to do differently — today. We know: if training doesn’t change behavior, it is a waste of time and money. That’s why every workshop translates insight into concrete actions and choices people can apply immediately in their daily work.
Typical themes include:
- Working effectively in international and remote teams
- Cross-cultural communication and collaboration beyond stereotypes
- Cultural differences in working styles
Workshops can be delivered as standalone sessions or as part of a a broader team programs or leadership development programs.

Leadership development
We work with leaders who are navigating the realities of diverse and distributed teams. Different cultural backgrounds, working styles, and assumptions influence how people communicate, decide, and collaborate. We help leaders understand these dynamics and find their own way of leading within that complexity.
Our leadership development programs support leaders in understanding their own style, impact, and blind spots in leading international teams. Programs may include workshops and learning labs, individual or team-based coaching trajectories and executive reflection sessions.
Typical themes include:
- Understanding personal leadership style and impact on different cultures
- Leading diverse, distributed or remote teams
- The psychological and cultural side of change management

Team programs
Our team programs help teams look together at how they actually work. We create a structured space to pause, reflect, and look together at what is helping or hindering their collaboration. Through a combination of facilitated group sessions, interviews, and/or team surveys, we surface patterns, concerns, and expectations that often remain unspoken.
Building on these insights, we introduce practical frameworks, tools, and create shared language that help teams work more effectively with their differences. The process creates space for open dialogue, strengthens connection, and leads to clear, collective agreements about how to communicate, collaborate, and move forward together.
Typical themes include:
- Surface hidden dynamics and unspoken assumptions
- Understand and improve communication patterns
- Create clarity around roles, expectations, and collaboration

Keynotes
Our keynotes invite audiences to look differently at how we work across cultures, personalities and perspectives. They combine insight with reflection, challenge assumptions, and open meaningful dialogue. Keynotes can be delivered at conferences, internal events or as organization-wide webinars, either as standalone contributions or as an entry point to a broader development journey.
Typical themes include:
- Cultural difference beyond stereotypes
- Collaboration in complex international environments
- Leading across differences
- The human side of change
